NOTE - This intensive counts as two conference sessions. Please DO NOT book any other sessions for the morning block. ----- The Kettlebell is a highly versatile tool that every Fitness Professional should feel comfortable integrating into training sessions!! Whether its ballistic movements or teaching clients how to apply strength in movement the Kettlebell has multiple applications. In this 3hr intensive session Ben will cover assessments, mobility and stability specific for Kettlebell training and how to teach and drill the fundamental Kettlebell movements of The Kettlebell Swing and The Kettlebell Get-Up. This session will be largely practical so bring your water and your ENERGY!! ----- ABOUT BEN With over 30 years of coaching and educational experience, Ben combines his wealth of knowledge for movement in fitness, and his deep understanding of how to effectively communicate, into presentations that are informative, engaging, and inspiring.
