From Struggling Coach to Scalable System

Presented by Aaron Gos

Service Description

Gos Training Systems didn’t start as a polished brand or a scalable model. It started with long hours, inconsistent income, and a coaching skillset that didn’t automatically translate into a sustainable business. In this session, Aaron Gos shares the real story behind building Gos Training Systems — including the early failures, wrong turns, and hard lessons that forced meaningful change. This talk walks through the key turning points that led to rapid growth: narrowing the target client, systemizing assessments, shifting away from endless 1-on-1 sessions, marketing strategies, learning how to sell and building service models that protected both time and coaching quality. Rather than theory, this session focuses on decisions made under pressure and how simplifying the business created momentum. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to move from being “busy but stuck” to running a business that is intentional, scalable, and aligned with how they actually want to coach. ----- ABOUT AARON Aaron Gos is the founder of Gos Training Systems Inc., a strength and conditioning business that trains high-performance athletes and driven adults across the GTA. With over 10 years in the industry, Aaron has experienced both sides of coaching, being technically skilled but financially and structurally stuck and later building the systems that allowed his business to scale sustainably. He holds a diploma, bachelor’s degree, and master’s degree in kinesiology and currently teaches Kinesiology & Justice Studies part-time at the University of Guelph-Humber. Aaron’s work focuses not only on building stronger, more resilient athletes and adults, but also on helping coaches understand that better programming alone does not build a better business. When he’s not coaching or teaching, Aaron is an unapologetic espresso connoisseur.
