Coaching Nutrition Through Small, Sustai
Presented by Amanda Scott
Service Description
Many clients don’t need a new meal plan — they need better support with the food they already eat. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to analyze meals, recipes, and existing eating patterns to identify small, sustainable tweaks that improve adherence, confidence, and long-term success. Instead of prescribing diets or tracking macros, the focus is on expanding client comfort zones gradually and coaching nutrition changes that fit real life. Through practical examples and guided discussion, attendees will re-evaluate how they give nutrition guidance and leave with tools they can confidently apply with clients right away. ----- ABOUT AMANDA Amanda Scott is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and a minor in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Science.
